studioiq · Huddle
The studio floor console · $99 all-in

Every class. Every member.
Everything that needs attention.

Huddle is the coach-facing console that runs your floor from any phone or tablet: live class rosters where every member is annotated with what matters — first visits, trials, medical flags, failing payments, unsigned agreements, milestones, birthdays — plus one-tap check-in, full member profiles, and a sales flow that ends with a signed agreement.

Running our own floors daily, not a concept Built by a multi-studio owner-operator and used every day at his three North Jersey studios — every class, every check-in, every floor sale. Runs on Mindbody: no new software, no migration.

Membership agreement

Huddle includes the full StudioIQ Signing tier — text yourself the exact flow a member gets: commitment terms, key policies at a glance, skip-to-sign, drawn signature, audit trail, with your studio's name on the masthead.

Liability waiver

The waiver every visit rides on — health representation, assumption of risk, release, medical authorization — signed on the phone in under a minute. Its screening answers are what power Huddle's medical flags.

One demo text + email per sample, nothing else. Sample terms — no charge, and nothing is written to a real Mindbody account. Sign either one and the finished PDF comes straight back to your inbox.

What problem does this solve?

Boutique studios run lean — most hours, the coach is the front desk. Twenty-seven people walk in for the 5:45 and their stories live in five different systems: who's on their first visit, whose trial ends Friday, who checked "recent knee surgery" on their waiver, whose card bounced Tuesday, who never signed their agreement, whose 100th class is today. Nobody can hold that in their head while coaching. Huddle puts it all on one screen, class by class, so the two minutes before the warm-up become the most valuable two minutes in the business.

See what the floor misses without it — four moments every operator knows

The coach is flying blind

A first-timer, a trial member on day 6 of 7, and a member with a flagged injury all walk into the same class — and the coach greets all three identically, because nothing tells them otherwise. The moments that decide a conversion or prevent an injury pass by unmarked.

Fixed: the live roster annotates every person, priority-ordered — first visit, trial urgency, medical, payment, agreement, milestone, birthday — before class starts.

Medical flags die in the filing

A member discloses a condition on their waiver and that answer never reaches the person actually coaching them through box jumps. The one document built to protect everyone goes unread at the exact moment it matters.

Fixed: screening answers from the signed waiver surface as per-class medical chips with coach review and built-in injury guidance — including pregnancy — in English and Spanish.

The floor sale dies at the desk

The trial member is sweaty, happy, and ready to join — and the close means walking to a computer, finding the membership screen, and "we'll email you the agreement." Momentum dies in the handoff.

Fixed: a full-screen sales presenter and embedded checkout run from the same device — and the sale triggers the agreement to the member's phone on the spot, signed and filed before they leave.

Follow-ups fall through

Yesterday's first-timers, this week's expiring trials, the member who just cancelled, the new joiner who hasn't been back — every one deserves a personal touch, and every one lives in a different report nobody opens.

Fixed: the Check-ins tab is one studio-wide list of everyone who needs a personal touch today — trials, first visits, new members, at-risk, cancels — with one-tap text, email from the studio's own address, and done-marking.

Everything included

One price. The whole stack.

Huddle isn't a bolt-on — it sits on top of the full StudioIQ Signing and Member Hub tiers, and $99 covers all three. The waiver your member signs is the same document that powers the coach's medical chip; the floor sale is the same flow that files the signed agreement to Mindbody.

Huddle floor console. Live annotated rosters, tap-to-check-in, full member profiles with visit insights, the Check-ins follow-up list, sales presenter and retail checkout with signable receipts, member photos to Mindbody, studio-Gmail member email, and multi-studio scope — installable on any phone or tablet.
Signing, complete. Every agreement and waiver e-signed on the member's phone and filed to their Mindbody profile automatically — with reminder automation, tamper-evident audit trails, and a portfolio-wide archive.
Member Hub, complete. Freezes and suspensions on your auto-approval rules, cancellations routed through your save flow, and push-based billing recovery — expiring cards and bounced charges text the member a one-tap fix.
Landing page & checkout. A branded lead page on a custom StudioIQ domain, with a checkout that ends signed and filed — not just paid.
Mindbody-native. Everything reads and writes your existing Mindbody — no new booking software, no migration, nothing new for your members to download.
Built by an operator. Every feature exists because a real front desk needed it — and runs in production at the builder's own three studios first.
